Help required, Fiat Punto 1.2-8valve failed emission test on high lambda, engine was surging around 2500 - 3500 rpm. CO=0.00 HC=5 LAMBDA=1.35 checked live data and all seems ok, no fault codes but lambda sensor was slow to switch, changed sensor,resealed all exhaust joints and switches ok now and surging has stopped . But still high lambda but now only 1.09 and occasional high idle(2000rpm). has anyone come accross this problem as any help would be appreciated. cheers PAUL |
