Hi all,
At full throttle 2 + 3 gear 40 - 60 MPH one in 10 – 15 times this vehicle goes into limp home mode, 3000 RPM 30MPH. Pull over turn off, restart and all is Ok again. Code 00575 recorded. MAP limit exceeded. Checked waste gate diaphragm OK. I am unsure how to test the by-pass valves for the waste gate and EGR valve. Audi call these converters. The EGR converter does not hold vacuum (not sure if this is correct) the waste gate converter clicks when 12v is applied, EGR does not. Any ideas on this problem would be appreciated.
MAP sensor replaced Air flow sensor replaced all filters replaced 5,000 miles ago.
