Thank you Sean & William, I didn't reset adaptions, because i would have thought that the trims should adjust anyway.The live data also showed the lambda switching fully without the extra earth even though it is only switching from 700mv-1.5v. Autodata show the earth as being 700mv, but they are quite often incorrect.The emissions are good with the extra earth connected & without.I was monitoring the lambda to try and find the cause of a drivability fault whilst running on lpg.The engine misfires at higher loads(not always) & whilst doing so the lambda signal goes noisey, but doesn't go lean & carries on switching. I found the distributor cap & rotor need replacing.Running on LPG the spark energy required is approx 10% more, so any faults are usually highlighted. Hopefully when the cap & rotor arm are replaced,there wont be any more problems, although the customer has fitted a boost valve and keeps adjusting it which also effects the lpg fuel map. Thanks again.
