This car losses power when hot, spits and pops through the exhaust and inlet track. Customer had it scanned before I saw it and had a mechanical vanos code, he cleaned the vanos unit and changed the solinoid. The problem still happens, when I scanned it there is a code for 'Crank Sensor Inplausable'. Crank pully is tight and good, crank sensor is clean. Before I let the customer replace yet more parts I thought I would ask to see if anyone else has had this fault.
