David, You are right about the blocking of EGR passages. If you look at iATN on any one day, the most common problem with a Honda is blocked EGR passages in the inlet manifold on any 2.0Ltr Accord. Of course we have never seen that problem over here in the UK as its probably only the later cars have EGR where as in the States they've had it for years and what with the huge mileages they do, its very, very common. 40% of our servicing work is probably Honda and we still haven't had one.....perhaps things are about to change ;-) Sean
