Hi John, A bit light on the details here but a few common things to check are
1 Do the remote keys operate the central locking as the immobiliser is operated via the remote on these.If it does does the immobiliser red LED in the center of the dash operate normally ie come on with the ign and then go out, NOT FLASHING!
2 Power supplies and earths to the engine ECU.
