Stuck on this one, lack of data about system & scant info from Sykes via EOBD.
    It's a W reg(2000), engine code E1Z-T72R. 65000miles

Struggled in with an almost blocked exhaust & very heavy smoke(HC's)
Has two cats close to head each serving two cylinders & with individual O2 sensors, a conventional cat is about halfway down exhaust with one post cat sensor.
Both front cats had broken up and have blocked secondary cat. We have knocked out all cat's and car is still very rich at all speeds & temperatures.
Another car came in, unfortunatly very briefly and I tried the MAF, no change.
Sykes gives a TPS from about 12% closed to 78% wide open.
Seems to have two TPS's, one on throttle spindle, another further down throttle body?
Have blanked of evap & hose's, no change.
Measured inj pulse width @ 10.4ms idle, temp about 50c. This seems excessive to me, what else could cause it?

Cant find an egr valve, does it have one?
