Cleaned out throttle body, even though it didn't look that dirty, rechecked and noticed that live data now shows throttle position reads idle - part load the full load instead of invalid signal. Not sure wether I've sorted it or not. Have been driving it around for a couple of days and all seems well so I've had to give it back to the customer not convinced that I've fixed it. No charge of course! I love this job sometimes.
