car came in with driveablity problems. 8 fault codes, found wiring harness at ecu chafted and wiring sparking. repaired wires, most faults cleared. Sent ecu for repair and new air mass, now corrected. Found 20 amp fuse blown for o2 heater circuit etc. repaired. car now flys like the wind. However emmisions 10-12 percent. And hesitation flat spot when on extrem low throttle. Scope o2 sensor no switching?? no air leeks fuel pressure not yet checked. What voltage should i have and at which wires??? whites are heater should they both have 5-12 volts. I get 800 mv with v-ac on ordinary meter. Indicates rich. Whats my best way of testing 02 sensors?? As live data i don't beleive at -200 mv. I've borrowed another car from local NICE car sales man. I'll try swaping o2 sensor Sunday. Can anyone give me advice were to go next. Many thanks

    Steven
