    I have just replaced the fuel filter & thermo "T" piece & the results look promising.The tandem pump pressure is now higher,gauge was flickering from 3 - 4.5 bar before, now flickering between 4.5- 6.5 bar at idle,also the pressure is holding at approx 2 bar when the engine is switched off,whereas before it wasn't showing any residual pressure.The only thing is it doesn't seem to be starting much quicker at the moment, but the main problem was when it was cold,so i'll have to wait and see or give it back for the customer to try again.
    The fault for the crankshaft sensor (16705 P0321 ign./distributor eng. speed inp. circ) has reoccurred a few times & a code for internal contr.module ROM test error 16989 P0605 has also appeared, but the other day after looking at the car the turbo pipe kept blowing off, which also logged several faults, with several of them having no relation to the fault whatsoever.The reason the pipe kept blowing off was because the securing clips had been fitted to the wrong ends.
    Hope to post an actual fix soon.
