Hi Brodie, Nice to hear from you again. I'm not confused, I understand what you mean.All the data is there in channels 43,44 and 45. Nothing in 10,11 and 12. The customer agrees with me that service intervals of 2 years are a joke, and she would prefer it set to an annual service. When she returns I'll try to set 43 etc and then reset 2.
