hi mate hade same car 04 18000 miles hade nissan check problem came back timing chain problem. removed engine out of car because gear box had to come off to take sump off unlike the Almera. replaced timing chain, tensioner and guides rebuilt erased fault codes car has been ok.
On speaking to technician at Nissan told me they were doing them at 10,000 miles.
