Hi George, I've had these before on many occasion, some have come good after a roadtest, drive them slow,, drive them hard over a few miles and ECU seems to re-gain it's memory. Also check EGR is not leaking and intercooler pipes are good. TD5's can be a nightmare even with access to T4 machine. Injector harnesses are troublesome but more noticeable at tickover. ECU, AFM and throttle potentiometer pin contacts suffer terrible with poor connections. Worth running an earth wire from the ECU body to the the earth wires on the transfer box, (two small ones viewed by looking over the chassis under the drivers floor pan.)
