    Hi Vince,

    What year, engine, body is it?

    ECU will adopt a default MAF value when you disconnect and show the adopted value in live data.

    It will shut down a cyl with a misfire and not fire that injector again until you cycle the ignition.

    You mentioned fuel pressure, did you check flow too?

    Have you swapped the ignition parts from number 1 to see if the fault moves. Also have you driven it enough to be sure it does not set any misfire codes for other cyls?

    Your lambda code could well have been a trim code caused by the misfire.

    Depending on what system it is these give problems with wiring, coils, coil drivers, sticky valves, MAFs etc.

    Did you clean the throttle body?

    Does it have the correct oil in it?

    Should be enough there to stop you getting bored
