Hi All Many thanks for the replies and the calls from Mike and Boddy I had a spare bit of time this morning before normal play resumed Put a vac gauge on and had around 17 Hg when cold and hot I pulled the inlet manifold off to inspect and clean the throttle body housing, also cleaned out the rear ECU Multiplugs which were full of silicon (good tip Bobby), the cover over the multiplug had also worn through the insulation on 2 wires All back together, but 332 Intake Air Circuit returned...... the MAP sensor code did not So still has a problem. I spoke to the trader and they want the car back to discuss further with customer. I have advised that this may be a loom problem Thanks for the help....... i hate these 2nd, 3rd hand jobs, you never know what been done before Peter
