At some stage the connectors (identical) for the O2 sensor and the intake flap actuator got transposed throwing up codes for O2 sensor and intake flap. Also when I hooked my colleague's Launch to it it showed MIL lamp fault as well. Correcting the switched plugs cleared both the faults. Fitting a bulb into the MIL light sorted that one as well. Fortunately the Cat recovered after a brief run and emission levels perfect. Interestingly, apparently, this car had been sold to the current owner by a Vauxhall main dealer tech.......... Andrew
