    Vauxhall Corsa B X10XE 1999 - CO at idle 0.1% at high idle 2.5% # Archived Message

    CO at idle high 2.5%
CO at fast idle OK 0.1%
no fault codes listed, live data ok, engine flushed and oil changed, vacuum fluctuating slightly at 20"hg, Lambda switching at fast idle but stuck at 0.8v at idle.

now for my real question.... vac pipe to fuel presure regulator goes to conection on throttle body above butterfly, hence no vacuum present. If I apply vacuum to regulator co comes down to 0.2% at idle. I cant see how pipe can be on wrong, there are no other vac pipes near it, what am I missing???

    Sorry for the long post...Nigel
