Thanks for that Nige, Looks like interesting reading, don't know if it covers Titanium sensor though, but nevertheless very useful. Got her in the air and had a good look, found that the lefthand upstream sensor wiring had got involved with the front propshaft! repaired chafed through wires and resecured. Lambda now spot on and CO down at 0.03%. Proves once again that careful use of the MK1 eyeball can find an awful lot of problems (if I can be bothered to use mine, that is!). Shaun
