As I said I can't look at this one myself so he got in touch with another mobile tuning place and they charged him £90 odd for doing something to the plugs?? Problem returned so he took it to the local Ford main dealer and they charged him £81 to tell him there was nothing wrong with it!! I don't know how these dealers get away with this sort of thing so I've advised him to go back to the dealers and jump up and down!
