Peugeot 306 1.4 1999 - Emission failure CO 3.5%, fault code for O2 sensor #Archived Message

hi had a 1999 peugeot 306 1400 in the workshop today with a co of 3.5 no mil light on but there was a fault code for o2 sensor, when checking live data found there was a zero voltage reading for the o2 sensor but the voltage at the o2 sensor plug is 1 volt. could this be a ecu fault. cheers mark
