FIXED after customer returned from holiday gotpermission to go ahead. started by putting further faults in as suggested by Tony these were all logged disproving the thoughts that only two could be logged at once.Fit new toyota lambda sensor £225 pounds this extinguished the MIL,and allowed all fault codes to be erased.After road test of vehicle the original fault occured this was subsequently cured by replacing the crank sensor £95 toyota. even though the overall cost of the fix was nearly the value of the car customer was delighted because he likes the Avensis. NB this is becoming aproblem when repairing the older vehicle with low values. thanks again Tony GEOFF
