Neon came in with cutting out fault. After vehicle cuts out, will not re-start for a hour or so. Have scoped crank and cam in failed state, both signals good, but no ignition primary or injector pulse. both measured at the ecu.After repeat testing vehicle no longer starts at all, and now ecu will not give a earth command to main relay.Im wondering if anyone Know's what the immobilizer Knocks out, and weather it operates on start up or all the time it's running. Any help appreciated
