The original post is about Emission test Failure, and only slightly above the required amount.
If the CAT was blocked he would be unable to carry out a emission test as the car would not run.
This car will only have a upstream lambda sensor (B1S1) once the gases have past the lambda sensor , they have no more effect in changing the mixture.
What do you mean by a "Brick" , i assume you mean the monolith inside the CAT.
So I still stand by what I said the CAT will have no effect on this vehicles Fuel adapation what so ever.
