had car in for service on road test after service car lost power at high revs, spoke to customer who has had this fault for some time, when reving engine it loses switch to injectors,also on live data it comes up with safety fuel shutoff detected this is when it loses pulse to injectors, have tested tps and throttle butterfly, both lambda sensors were faulty and have been replaced, spark is still operating fine when revved, what would cause ecu to shutdown fuel,this also occurs when car is in motion (suggested by merc safety to prevent overrevving when stationary) also suggested air mass sensor this has also been tested and tried another new unit, does not store any dtc,s helpppp cheers nick
