Steven, >>>air flow fault code // bank 1 sensor 1 to lean<<< This is not an Air Flow fault code, If your tool says Air flow it has got it wrong. If it reads A/F you have got it wrong. In this intance A/F means Air /Fuel as in air fuel ratio. Toyota call a Lambda sensor an Air/fuel sensor. The code is telling you the system is running lean on bank 1 not the reason why, although it usually is a MAF sensor at fault on these. I recently had a situation when a customer ( having had her diagnosis t the dealer phoned me for a orice to fit an "Air flow sensor" When in fact it was a lambda sensor she needed. the dealer had written on her invoice "Air flow sensor B1S1 heater O/C" when in fact it should have read Air fuel sensor.
