As regards your symptoms. Will it not rev up at any time or just under load? Does it only happen sometimes? Have you looked to see if it is lean when this happens?
One of the codes you have is an O2 signal code rather than a fuel trim code (you have one of them too). Have you cleared the codes to see if any return? Have you checked the O2 sensors to see if they work or not? Check for oil in the O2 sensor plugs. Your misfire codes are likely to be caused by a lean running condition but you need to verify that. Your MAF figures could be low but that would depend on the conditions present when you measured. If it was failing to rev up at the time then the low air flow figures might just be due to low actual air flow.
The little amount of info you posted combined with the large number of common faults on these makes it dificult to help.
