Hi all, pretty sure this Bora has a faulty ECU. Car runs very rich, up to 12 per cent CO, never lower than 5, it has a recent AMM(genuine) and yet another genuine one was tried, also CTS is new due to temperature gauge reading varying. A new lambda sensor was wired in to try but made no difference, fuel pressure is also ok, however injection duration is high at over 6 ms when hot. First time I saw the car last week I reset the memory/adaptations and you could watch the co reduce to a very low level and this lasted almost a week before the rich running returned, lambda sensor voltage is stuck at about .7 volts, I tried resetting the system again but it made no difference, tried going in under OBD2 but it wasn't keen to do so, am I missing anything or does it sound like an ECU fault?anything maybe?
