If your scanner reads the short and long term fuel trims or additive and multiplicative fuel trims as they are sometimes known then look for a value to suggest it has reached the stop or maximum limit.
Vauxhall use 128 steps for normal. Faults that cause the ECU to reduce the fueling (in response to lambda sensor outputs)gradually lower the steps, so 119 steps may for example indicate a high fuel pressure fault. Air leaks, faulty Airmass sensors will result in high step values like 135.
Bosch ESi information on this system uses % and states that -5% - +5% is the normal range. Not sure which relates to weak or rich.
Start with the basics. I found just how easy it is to get in too deep too quick and miss the obvious this week!
Air leaks, split vac hoses, loose hoses, misfires, Airmass sensor.
    Good luck.
