FIXED
The breather pipe as Dave McGee pointed out proved to be the problem taking in unmetered air.
Also changed all filters & plugs.

Sorry it took so long to post the fix,the dealer re-sold my parts leaving me to wait for another.

After a test drive both fuel trims hover about 0%.

The oil leak was between oil filter housing and engine block and was unconnected to the fault codes stored.

The pending code for the cam sensor hasn't returned.
