The couple of these we've had have been from regular customers that have been with us yrs & I spent very little time on them coming to the conclusion it was probably ecu fault so advised them to go to main dealer(only down road),called dealer on their behalf & handed control to them rather than booking through ourselves that way the dealer is the villian for charging a fortune & not us(they're aren't that bad as dealers go).One was even partly paid for by vauxhall so worked out ok. Been down the route of trying to get later ecu's tested from vectra b & it came back with an extra fault it didn't have before(oh what fun). So my advise would be unless you are sure it's the ecu refer to dealer,less grief for you & you can still charge for what you've done. Matt
