Hi, right, I have now compared the front and rear O2 sensor patterns on Solus and at fast idle they are both textbook switching 0.1 to 0.8v and virtually identical - cat not doing much good here then. Took a temp. reading at the front of cat 123 degC and rear was 166 degC difference of 43degC, is this enough of a difference to show cat is working but not very efficiently? Normal idle STFT +19%, LTFT +40% Fast Idle STFT -0.7% to +20%, LTFT +56% Have checked for air leaks but none found. Forgot to note down injector time but at the time it did not appear to be out of the ordinary, ie 2-4 ms. Gas at normal idle CO 0.19 HC 4 CO2 14.7 02 0.31 Lambda 1.02 Fast Idle CO 0.487 HC 1 CO2 14.73 O2 0.06 Lambda 0.989 One coil pack on plug has been replaced at some time so if this was misfiring long enough it could have been damaging cat. Also, found out today that genuine cat is £620+vat !! I would like to be certain that cat is dead before changing it. Thanks for your help, Martin
