Recovered to us by A.A.,car would cut out after 10 minutes driving,wait 10 minutes and it would re-start.A.A. said loose terminal(s)on ECM multi plug.We check codes with ACR4 G2.9 CODES,0444, 0352,0351,(coil pack)0201,02,03,04(injectors)0135,(02 sensor 1,heater).Cleared and ran engine,cut out, codes 0444,0201,02,03,04 re- appeared.We suspected crank sensor,mian relay or ECM.Having checked continuaty,ECM earths we opened ecm,found burn mark in white gel.Did consult with R.M.I.helpline(mototek)and agreed ECM fault.Got new one from dealer,they programmed to motor,got back,after 10 minutes same thing.Code read,0444,0201,02,03,no 04,+ 5228,2143,5128,0328.codes would not clear.Then found out codes could be read on Sagem S2000. CODE 5228 & 5128,2802 & 0328 gone,but got 5227, 5127,2702 & 0327 now and able to clear codes. Put old ECM back on.stalled again after 5 minutes checked codes,more or less same codes on S2000 again AND PM1 as last time.Now does not start,MIL light flashes when cranking,Battery light on with ignition off.No wiring diagrams from Autodata for PM1or Mototek(they sent S2000)main relay not where Mototek and dealer parts dept.say it is. Right on top of christmas,HAS ANYONE GOT INFO/DIAGS or had similar problem.Ay suggestions greatly appreciated otherwise the tech.doing job will miss crimbo and i will have to sit with him.
