    Sagem SL96 with transponder immobiliser.
Started intermittant but during testing has become permanent.
When it won't start Sykes will identify ECU then freeze, when it will start comms are good, no codes.
When it won't start noid light on injector plug gives one pulse on cranking, strong clean pattern from crank sensor at same time.
Main relay OK, live & earth at ECU(two of each).

My first thought was immob, fitted new aerial(only a tenner), no change. Am I right in thinking aerial unit does not require coding?

There is only one key for ignition, there is a chip in it, door locks have been changed recently and a second key for doors was on same ring, removed this now but could it have scrambled the system?

I have full wiring diags for equivalent Citroen Xsara, what I have checked so far is the same. Citroen diagram shows a transponder MIL in dash, no sign of this on Pug, does it have one.

Not had time to try Lexia on it so far, will tomorrow.

    Am I missing something obvious?
