Hi Glynn. I have checked live data while operating the MAP sensor with mityvac with the same results at the same level of vac. Strangely, the veh won't start or run when I do this (hole in manifold plugged, of course!). The O2 sensor shows 0.9v when the co% is too rich. It wasn't when the veh first came in but a new sensor cured that. There don't appear to be excessive crankcase hc's or even high HC's in the emissions - around 20 - 30ppm at idle (CO% normal) rising to about 300ppm at fast idle (CO 5 - 8%) but given the state of the CO thats about right. If I disconnect the MAP sensor the CO drops to very weak (1.08 Lambda).
