Hi Tony, this was some time ago now when this fault arrived at my workshop, the problem appeared intermitant but may have depended whether car was turned off with foot on brake or not, as to what made me think about the bulb I have a useful contact who is a member of a certain automobile association who alerted me of the fault, apparantly common on this car. My point really is can we get some posts like this going, information being the key to success. Phrom fill.
