    Hi Steve,

First off, clean the throttle body assembly. Next check the the pedal voltages:

    Supply voltage = 5v.

    Track 1 (KOEO) Fully released = 0.6-0.9v
    Track 1 (KOEO) Fully depressed = 4.0-4.8v

    Track 2 (KOEO) Fully depressed = 3.9-4.8v
    Track 2 (KOEO) Fully released = 0.6-0.9v

Closed switch sensor (KOEO) Fully released = ON,
    pedal slightly depressed = OFF.

Check the critical ground connections. The main ones are behind the NSF headlight, next to the IPDM - that's the fusebox in old money.
Remove the 'A' post trim panels and prise free the upper dash panel. You will see a major ground connection behind the instruement panel. While the panel is off disconect the battery and 'make and break' the BCM multiplug. This is above the glovebox and accessible with the upper dash panel removed.

** Battery must be disconnected for a MINIMUM of two hours to reset all parameters **

    Hth

    Mark
