Hello Mike

First try resetting the Idle adaption by Switching off ign and waiting for a few mins for ECU to power down.
Then switch ign on and fully depress and release throttle 5 times and immediately start the vehicle and allow to idle.

If this does not work and this is the VVC engine check the connectors to the VVC actuators, as i have had it in the past where the coloured connectors was put back around the wrong way
Brown and blue i think were the colours

but you just need to match the respected colours on the connector and actuator
