    I know you say you have checked wires from ecu to coil. But can you scope them while car is running, you will probably find that the primary's are collapsing. common fault with sirius 32 is the driver chips for the coil going down. Be very wary of the ECU testing, i have sent these ecu's to ATP for test and they have passed OK. But the fault has been the ECU.
    The problem with the ECU testing is that the actual test time is very short before the immobiliser kicks in, so they don't see the driver fail and can't be arsed removing the immo chip to do the test because it takes more time.
    I would confirm your fault by scoping primary's first mate.
