Hi Glen, Was it a genuine MAF ? Is the misfire there all the time ? Can you scope cam/crank together to check syncronisation. Can you clear the codes and recheck in EOBD, see which code is setting MIL lamp and any freeze frame data. Can you scope cyl 4 ignition primary and cyl 4 injector together. Can you scope the MAF and 02 sensor together and run the engine at fast idle, then let it return to idle, when 02 sensor goes lean, snap throttle open and allow to settle back at idle - save and post your captures !
