    Hi
Hope I can give you some info on a long drawn out experience I had, same fault code, same syptom and dealing with BBA Reman who weren't particularly helpful. To cut a long story short the problem turned out to be the command signal from the ECU was missing which then puts the throttle asy into limp home connecting the throttle cable so it can be driven. There is a procedure to reset the throttle asy which should come with the BBA unit. A very nice man, Andy @ Orpington Saab, dealt with the problem coming to an agreement with a used throttle asy, basically putting car back to how it was originally, putting a new ECU on and coding. Price was amicably worked out between us, car fixed and everyone happy. Hope this helps
