BMW 318 IS Coupe 1998 year 1896cc Very lumpy idle and O2 sensor .2v

We have had the above car in for a week now sorting out various faults.

Started with a tow in due to flat battery as we couldnt get it started at the customers address.
Turned out to be seized alternator.

Then had full service and front and rear pads and discs.

We noticed the rough idle when we got it started and could hear a hissing sound on the inlet manifold and replaced a flap of some sort as the vacuum pipes on it were broken.

Fixed the hiss but still running rough.

Checked for fault codes and found code for camshaft sensor. Checked with scope and odd pattern so replaced that.

Still running rough so checked live data and found o2 sensor stuck on .2V

I then checked for other air leaks and found none.
I then found if I squashed the crackcase breather pipe that goes from the rocker cover to the round breather device on the inlet manifold
the engine runs smoothe and the O2 sensor starts working ok on the scope.

I replaced the round breather device on the inlet manifold and still the same.

Runs rough and O2 sensor stuck at .2V

I have checked the dipstcik, cam sensor and oil filler cap for correct sealing and are ok.

When I squash the hose up I am squashing it right at the rocker cover end so its not a split hose.

    Any help gratefully recieved

    Best wishes
