    TERRY, used to get this with Ford Pinto (ohc) engines in the '80s.Oil filler caps used to block up causing huge vacuum in sump because of manifold depression through crankcase emission system to the point that the steel sump would pull up against web of crank. What a coincidence we have just had same problem on a '06 Focus ST 2.5T(Volvo 5cyl turbo).Vent valve in crankcase breather dislodged,Manifold depression creating
    vacuum in crankcase ,has pulled a cam seal in
    slightly. Because of baffles in breather unit, no oil being vacuumed into manifold.
