Hi, Have had a few of these,problem is usually connections on the instrument panel. If you push on the instruments in the centre while cranking they will start if this is the problem. The mod that I was supplied with by Vauxhall consists of some grease and double sided adhesive sponge, this is used to space out the connector which is held in a bracket behind the dash pod. This makes the connector engage deeper into the socket on the back of the dash pod. Auto-data list this as a common problem, and supply these part numbers for the mod. Grease 9163339 Adhesive mounting strip 9152462 This also affects Combi vans. HTH |
