Thanks for that, I was going to buy from Ross-Tech but I did a Google search for VAG-COM and apart from Ross-Tech it came up with Vag-Com.co.uk and it all looked the same apart from being about £100 cheaper but after your post I think I'll stick with Ross-Tech anyway, better safe than sorry.
