Hiya roy, Make sure that it has the later type brass injectors fitted and not the steel ones as they are prone to 'leak-by' and will over fuel at all temps. You really need the proper kit to test the distribution head upper and lower pressures to be honest as these are prone to failure, we always send ours to a local Bosch centre as we do not have that piece of kit, Ironically there was one on ebay the other week, but to be honest we only see a few of the per year as the system is getting old and I wasn't gonna fork out on the kit anyway!
