    Hi Nick, Were the plugs supplied by a Peugot dealer or another parts supplier. ?? are they single or double electrode. ??
    The first thing I would do with that is remove those NGK'S and try a set of Bosch spark plugs, I think they should be single electrode, but just use exactly what it say's in the Bosch book and it should be ok. If it still isn't right then, Book the customer an appointment with the bank manager.
