.....Another Vauxhall with a fault! Code 400 EGR FLOW.Have removed vacuum operated valve from inlet manifold and cleaned.if you mityvac it the plunger moves in and out OK.The plunger will hold OK contracted with no loss of pressure. Have replaced pierburg solenoid but fault still present(please note due to prohibitive new price of £185.00 plus vat trade price this car dealer requested a secondhand unit.this was puchased from a reputable vauxhall spares centre and fitted)the orange light comes on when car gets hot. any ideas gratefully recieved john sartain
