    Fair Point Tony. Normally it only misreads on live data and does not affect true readings - We do see some of these where the input components to the ECU have become badly damaged and 'load' the output signal from the Throttle Body. The input impedence of the ECU is normally very high but we have seen it drop to a few hundred ohms on some of these units. Thinking about it again , this normally makes the voltage read low rather than high on the Simos2 ECUs so fair comment in this case.
