Hi all,Thanks for the replies. This is a bit odd. I was sure the leak was around the inlet so I blocked it at the EGR Body to create a vac and sprayed carb cleaner around it. The engine reacted when sprayed at number three so off came the manifold. No obvious signs of a leak, rebuild with new gasket and still the same. After a bit of head scratching I put it up on a lift again and to have another inspection and noticed the clip on the high pressure side of the turbo body was not sitting straight. Removed, refitted and now all ok. Just for the sake of it, I again created a vac at the inlet and sprayed carb cleaner, same reaction as before. That’s one test I wont be using again But hey, its fixed and gone even though it should have been sorted without subjecting the young lad to 4 hours of torturous, back braking contortionism Regards Alan
