Fiat Ducato 2000 - Flat battery security issue when refitedArchived Message

Hi Techs, customer contacted me today with a immobilser issue on a 2000 model ducato, he tells me his battery went flat so he removed it from the vehicle & charged it up, re-fitted battery & security mil was flashing.
He has one red key & one black key.
To re-programme is there a manual sequence for this model & does any body know it.
